Who you are dealing with
The site softsyde.se is run by Softsyde AB, registration number 559598-7354, at Bremergatan 11, 392 33 Kalmar. You reach us at info@softsyde.se.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, we ask you not to use it.
What these terms cover
They cover this website and nothing else.
- Fidova at fidova.se is a separate service with its own terms.
- Client work is governed by the written agreement we sign with the client. Where that agreement and this page say different things, the agreement wins.
- Links to other sites are just links. What sits at the other end is not ours to answer for.
What is written here
We write these pages as accurately as we can and update them when things change, but the content is general information. It is not a binding offer, not advice, and not a guarantee of any particular result.
Fidova is in development. Descriptions of what the platform will do are plans rather than promises about features or dates. A project becomes binding once we have signed an agreement, not before.
When you get in touch
The form and the email address are there so we can talk about working together.
- Send only what you have the right to share, and hold back anything sensitive until we have an agreement that covers it.
- Do not use the form for newsletters, advertising or automated messages.
- A reply from us is a reply, not a contract. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
How the site may be used
Read it, share it, link to it. If you find a security problem we want to know: mail info@softsyde.se and we will get on it, and we would rather thank you than argue.
What you may not do is the part that harms the site or other people:
- Break into systems, get around security, or hunt for vulnerabilities without asking us first.
- Load the site so heavily that it becomes slow or unavailable for others.
- Scrape the content at scale or republish the pages as a service of your own.
- Use our name or our logo so that it looks as though we stand behind something we do not.
Intellectual property
The text, images, code, design, the names Softsyde and Fidova and the logos belong to us. Reading a page, saving it and quoting a short passage with a source is entirely fine.
For anything beyond that, such as images or longer texts in your own material, ask us first. The answer is usually yes.
Availability
We do what we can to keep the site up, but it is provided as it is. We may change, move or remove content, and it can go down for maintenance or for reasons that sit with someone else.
Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on what it says, and not for indirect loss such as lost profit or lost data. This applies as far as the law allows.
The limit does not cover damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and it does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
The terms can change. The version on the page is the one that applies, and the date in the margin says when it last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new text is what counts.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to a Swedish court, with Kalmar District Court as the first instance. As a consumer you may instead bring it where you live, and you can take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes at arn.se.
